Mike Tyson said, "Everyone has a plan until they get hit."  Producing is all about having a great plan and knowing what to do if you get hit.  

I hire great people and let them do their thing. It makes me look like a genius. Know when to push for one more take. Know when you already have it and break for lunch.

This is how I got started. After 27 years I still love creating quality images. And camera equipment is so cool!
